Welcome to UWAY, the official TVET-certified technician booking platform operated under the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) Technical Education and Skills Development (TESD). By registering, accessing, or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
All technicians listed on UWAY are certified graduates of accredited TVET programs or holders of valid National Certificates (NC) / Unified Learner Identifiers (ULI) verified against the official TVET registry.
To facilitate secure direct transactions between clients and technicians, UWAY collects and displays technician payment information, including GCash account details, mobile numbers, and payment QR codes. Clients may settle service charges directly via electronic transfer or cash on service.
Base prices are determined by standard service guidelines set by MBHTE-TESD. Technicians may quote negotiated additional charges for specialized materials or extended scopes up to the platform ceiling.
